This sauce was inspired by the vibrant Cajun culture and cooking found all along the Mississippi Delta. When we think of the bayou, we think of gumbo, crawfish, and lil bit of voodoo magic.
We mixed our High Heat creativity with that bayou voodoo and created this sauce that is sure to make your gator roll!
